On 05/20/13 at 8:51 AM PST I dialed (800) 395-3276 to contact Jason Walter of the College Network. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Jason and College Network about their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 5/16/2013 at 11:35 AM PST I dialed (317) 566-2536 to contact the VP of Marketing; Lindsey Scmitt. I was informed by a representative that she no longer works for the company. I was then transferred to a supervisor named Jason Walter. I reached his voice mail and left a detailed message fully informing him of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding College Network on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

There was no answer, but I did leave Lindsey a detailed voice mail following up with her in regards to the posted consumer complaints. Lindsey told me to get back to her after May 1st, which I have. I fully informed Lindsey of College Network's public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I sent Lindsey a detailed email outlining the complaints and provided her with all of my direct contact information. Lindsey is looking further into the complaints for College Network.

I contacted College Network at 12:24pm by dialing (800) 395-3276 and spoke with Shane. I informed him of the profile and he looked into it immediately. I provided options for communication and resolving these complaints and Shane asked for details via email. I sent an email with more information and my contact information for further assistance.

I contacted College Network at 12:44pm by dialing (800) 395-3276 and spoke with a representative who stated that they were contacted by Scambook last week and have already submitted the information to the proper channels for further investigation.

I called The College Network at 317-334-7337 on 10/18/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep named Pete. I gave him my information to pass off through the proper channels. I await their call back.
