On 10/24/2013American Sweepstakes signed up for ScamBook Business Resolve.

I sent an email to Gene Cairo, who is the owner of American Sweepstakes on 9/9/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine his interest in resolving their complaints. I await his response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I made an additional call to Gene Cairo at American Sweepstakes at 585-423-0503 on 8/13/2013. Gene reiterated that he has no interest in resolving his complaints and ended our call.

I contacted American Sweepstakes by dialing 585-423-0503 on 7/2/2013. I spoke with Gene Cairo regarding their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Gene reiterated that American Sweepstakes had no interest in resolving their complaints at this time.

On 5/22/2013 at 8:16 AM, I dialed (585) 423-0503 to make a follow-up call to American Sweepstakes. I spoke to the owner Gene who is fully informed of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for American Sweepstakes on Scambook. Gene stated that he is not willing to provide any form of customer service or resolve the current complaints at this time.

On 5/16/2013 at 11:15 AM PST, I received a call from Gene, the owner of American Sweepstakes & Promotions Company Inc. Gene, is fully informed about the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for American Sweepstakes Company on Scambook. Gene stated that he will look further into the complaints and contact me as needed. I gave Gene all my direct contact info, if American Sweepstakes & Promotions Company Inc. has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 3/21/2013 at 3:15pm PST, I contacted American Sweepstakes by dialing (585) 423-0503. The call went directly to voice mail and a detailed message was left.

Company received their 25th complaint.

I called American Sweepstakes at 585-423-0503 on 9/18/2012. I spoke to a gentleman named Gene and alerted him to the profile created and posted to Scambook. He informed me that his company is not the American Sweepstakes that has been accused of these wrongdoings. He said that the ones responsible are running their operation from outside the United States while using fake phone numbers. If anyone has any contact information regarding the American Sweepstakes posted to Scambook, it would be greatly appreciated.
