  • Called Cara Bautista on 2/11/13. She was in a meeting and her assistant took a message and will have he call me back. I will update as the investigation continues.

  • Called 1/25/13 and spoke with Kara. she said she will be registering the business as soon as she get my email with instructions, then she will call me if help is needed to submit a resolution credit. I will update as necessary.

  • on 1/8/13 at 11:11 am PST I Sent email to National Vehicle Protection [email protected] (Eric Gerhardt) letting him know about the complaint filed against National Vehicle Protection, reported damages and how they can contact me to resolve the complaint. I will follow up via phone 1/10/13 to discuss options.

  • On 10/29/2012 Scambook mailed National Vehicle Protection a letter, via First Class Mail, to 12131 Dirsett Rd. Suite 106
    Maryland Heights, MO 63043 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
