On 9.23.2013 at 3:48 PM PST I sent a detailed email through the "contact us" form on www.justhookup.com. I fully informed www.JustHookUp.com of their 768 posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 9/11/2013 at 10:24 AM PST I dialed (888) 408-5785 to contact JustHookUp.com. I spoke to Esmay in billing once again. Esmay informed me that she does not have the power to make a decision for the company but they are all well informed of the posted consumer complaints on Scambook. Esmay stated that she will relay the message that I have called again and I urged her to please have someone in upper management get back to me. Esmay stated that we are well advertised and are easy to get a hold of so if they decide to reach out to Scambook, they will. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

Update: 9.5.2013, 9/5/2013 PM PST:Justhookup.com is not interested in reaching out to their consumers on Scambook at this time. They have all of my direct contact information if they ever change their mind in the future. Sharon stated that JustHookUp.com is fully aware of the posted consumer complaints and has forwarded the information on to the directors of the company. She does not know if they are dealing with the issue yet(upper management), but took my direct contact details down once again to pass on to the directors of the company. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

Sharon stated that JustHookUp.com is fully aware of the posted consumer complaints and has forwarded the information on to the directors of the company (upper management). On 5/9/2013 at 9:40am PST, I contacted JustHookUp.com by dialing (888) 408-5785. The call was answered however Just Hook Up was unwilling to discuss anything with me in regards to complaints on Scambook.

On 03/25/13 at 4:40 PM PST I dialed (888) 408-5785 to contact JustHookUp.com. JustHookUp.com stated that they are well aware of their public profile on Scambook with the many unresolved consumer complaints. However JustHookUp.com currently has no interest in addressing any of the posted complaints or offering any level of customer service to the complaints at this time.

On 10/30/2012 at 4:45PM PST I dialed (888) 408-5785 to contact JustHookUp.com. Michael answered my call and Michael involved is on duty supervisor to properly address my call. After Michael spoke with his supervisor he informed me that JustHookUp.com is well aware of their public profile on Scambook along with the many unresolved customer complaints. JustHookUp.com has decided at this time to not address or resolve any posted customer complaint and completely ignore them.
