On 3/25/2013 at 4:14pm PST, I contacted Aqualift by dialing (877) 498-1950. I spoke with Shane in customer service. Shane informed me that Aqualift had no comment and disconnected the call.

On 1/24/2013 at 3:00pm PST, I contacted AquaLift by dialing [email protected]. I spoke with Mary who informed me Aqualift had no comment in regards to the profile on Scambook.

November 7th, 2012 at 3:03 p.m. PST

Scambook contacted AquaLift at (877) 498-1950. Ann answered my phone call, I introduced myself, and asked if she would put me in direct contact with AquaLift. Ann said that she did not have the ability to do so. I explain some of the situation to her and requested a transfer to her supervisor. Ann declined my request, and attempted to explain that her third party center does not have stable communication with AquaLift, and her center would not be able to give out contact information that would put me in direct contact with AquaLift. Ann then began to repeat over, and over again, that neither she, or AquaLift will comment on the information posted on Scambook.com.

I contacted AquaLift at 2:47pm by dialing (877) 498-1950 and spoke with Mary. I informed Mary of the profile and stated that we have been attempting to contact someone who is able to look into this. Mary stated that they have no comment on the matter and that she needed to assist other customers. I asked if there was better phone number or email address for me to contact for consumer complaints and she again stated that they have no comment on the matter and that she needed to assist other customers and disconnected the call.

I contacted AquaLift on 11-07-12 at 2:47pm PST by dialing (877) 498-1950 to follow up with the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with Jenny who informed me that Aqualift could not make any comments regarding this and released my call immediately. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

Lisa Dott-I followed up with AquaLift at 4:33pm by dialing (877) 498-1950 and spoke with Shane. I informed Shane that we have now contacted AquaLift and have spoken directly to her 3 times and with no response back. I asked to speak to a manager. Shane stated that they have no comment at this time and immediately disconnected the call. I sent an email to [email protected] with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

On 10/10/2012 at 11:07am PST, I contacted Aqaulift by dialing (877) 498-1950. I spoke with Shane who recalled our conversation, she could not give me any additional information or a contact for the corporate office.

On 9/21/2012 at 11:45am PST I contacted Aqualift by dialing (877) 498- 1950 and spoke with Shane. Shane took my information for their corporate office and I was told to expect contact within 24 hours.
