3/28/13 at 1:39 PM PST an email was sent to New Vitality at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to follow up on the last email sent 3/25/13. There has been no contact back and no effort taken to address the complaints.

3/25/13 at 3:22 PM PST I contacted New Vitality via email at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to inform them of the complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. I also followed up on the last email sent to them on 3/15/13. Since then there has been no action on their part to address the complaints and no contact back. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/15/13 at 10:59 AM PST I called and spoke with a representative. I informed him of our business resolve options for the company and let him know how the resolution process works. He asked for a business proposal and said it will be discussed with his client and if they choose to register I will be contacted. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/12/13 at 7:59 AM PST I received an email from Mike Penn at New Vitality. In this email he informed me to contact Mr. Todd Harrison at Venable LLC via email [ Personal information Removed]. Mr. Harrison is the Attorney for Mr. Penn, and the best person suited to begin addressing the complaints. I sent the email and am awaiting a reply. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/1113 at 10:57 AM PST I contacted New Vitality via email at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to keep them apprised of where their public profile stands. I informed them again of all their options to address the complaints, and let them know how to contact me if they have any questions or need any help. I will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/8/13 at 9:00 AM PST I called New Vitality at (888)997-2941 to follow up on the correspondence I've sent to them over the last few months. I have not had any reply and would like to speak with them to discuss the complaints filed against the, and assist them in beginning the resolutions. I will continue to follow up and will be sure to update as the investigation continues.

3/5/13 at 2:13 PM PST I called New Vitality at (631)-777-7767 and there was no answer there. I will continues tr reach out to them to update them on the standing of their profile and help them address the complaints. I will update as more information becomes available.

3/4/13 at 11:53am PST I called New Vitality at (631)-777-7767 X 1383 and was routed back to the phone menu. I could not get through to a person and no message was left. I will reach out again and update as the investigation continues and I am able to get in contact with a customer service supervisor.

2/26/13 I called New Vitality at (888)997-2941 and spoke with a customer service rep named Paul. He said the supervisor was on the phone but took my information and said he will have them call me back to discuss the 17 complaints filed against them. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.

2/21/13 I called New Vitality at (888)997-2941, (800)943-6465 and also sent an email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to let them know about our escalation process and what it entails. I will continue to update as the investigation continues.

2/18/13 I called New Vitality at (631)-777-7767 X 1383 and there was no answer. I called three times. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues and more information is available.

2/14/13 I called New Vitality at (888)997-2941, (800)943-6465, (631)-777-7767 X 1383 and didnt speak to anyone. I will follow up and update the profile as the investigation continues.

2/8/13 I called New Vitality at (888)997-2941, (800)943-6465 and the rep didn't answer. I followed up with an email to [email protected], [email protected], to let them know how to contact me so we can dispute or resolve the complaints. I will update as the investigation continues.

2/5/13 I called New Vitality and first spoke with a rep name odom, who transferred me to his manager Nichole. She said she would have to take down my information and pass it on to her boss and they would get back to me. I also followed up and sent emails to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to let them know about the 15 complaints filed against them, the damages reported and to let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints.
