9/23/13 Scambook has got a new development with regard to this account. There has been contact made with someone from PCH and who can apparently provide information with regard to the complaints. Scambook will continue to foster this relationship and will work towards getting resolution. Scambook will update as the ivnestigation continues and more information becomes available.

9/20/13 at 3:03 PM PST Scambook reached out once again to Publishers Clearing House to remind them of the complaints posted about them and to offer solutions to address them. Scambook has maintained steady contact with this company, but has recieved little back in the way of communication. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

9/12/13 at 2:00 PM PST Scambook reached out again to Publishers Clearing House at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to remind them of the posted complaints and the importance of addressing them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

9/5/13 at 12:12 PM PST Scambook emailed Bobby Pitt of Publishers Clearing House at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to let him know we've tried to contact multiple times but kept missing him. Scambook continues to maintain contact and will keep reaching out to get the complaints addressed.

8/28/13 at 3:31 PM PST Scambook reached out again to Publishers Clearing House to remind them of the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out as the investigation moves forward.

8/21/13 at 1:31 PM PST Scambook has no new information to report at this time. PCH is actively working on this investigation as well as Scambook and updates will be posted as new information comes in.

8/1/13 at 9:58 AM PST Scambook emailed Bobby Pitt again at [email protected] to ask for a call back, as every time a call is placed to him, there is no connection. Scambook has asked that they begin moving towards resolution for these complaints this month, as these matters have gone unadressed for long enough. Updates will be posted as the investigation continues.

7/24/13 at 11:11 AM PST Scambook emailed mr Bobby Pitt again (as he has been hard to contact via phone) informing him again of the total complaints posted and the total damages reported. Scambook has been in contact with Mr. Pitt many times and will continue to reach out as the investigation continues to move towards resolving the complaints.

7/10/13 Called to speak with Bobby Pitt, but he was gone for the day. Was informed to call back 7/11/13 AM. Will update as more information comes in.

7/2/13 at 4:56 PM PST Scambook called Publishers Clearing House at (800) 392-4190 to speak with Bobby Pitt but the office was closed. Scambook has maintained contact with Mr. Pitt and will continue to do so. Scambook will also continue to update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

6/24/13 at 12:52 PM PST Scambook had a conversation with Bobby Pitt of Publishers Clearing house at 1-800-392-4190 and informed him of the status of the public profile. Scambook was advised by Mr. Pitt to send a follow up email to [email protected] (which was done at 1:10 PM PST 6/24/13) to inform them how to properly address the complaints through Scambook's Business Resolve process and how to get more information from each consumer. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation progresses and more information becomes available.

6/11/13 Scambook has been in contact with Bobby Pitt of Publishers Clearing House who is handling this matter. We have been speaking for quite some time now and they are working on a solution to address the complaints. Scambook will follow up and update as more information comes in.
