  • I contacted ProDermaGerix at 877-708-5685 on 8/14/2013. I spoke with a supervisor regarding their complaints and wanted to get a statement from the business as to whether or not they will be addressing them. I was only able to leave my information in order to have the proper department return my call. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • As of 8/7/2013, I have yet to receive a response from ProDermaGerix in response to their unresolved consumer complaints. I will be making further attempts in the coming days to reach the proper parties in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints.

  • I contacted ProDermaGerix at 888-918-6646 on 7/24/2013. I spoke with a manager by the name of Amanda regarding their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. Amanda took down my contact information in order to have her superiors return my call. I await their response.
