4/3/13 at 9:20 AM PST Scambook emailed E-Cigs Electronic Cigarette at [email protected], to inform them again of the complaints filed against them and to help them get more direction on how to register the business so they can address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

3/6/13 at 11:25 AM PST I called E-Cigs Electronic Cigarette at (866) 830-2464 and spoke with a supervisor named Cindy. She was informed that there have been numerous attempts to contact them regarding the 5 complaints filed against them, and we have got no response back. She requested that another email be sent to them outlining the complaints and then a call can be made to discuss the email after 24-48 hours. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.

3/5/13 at 2:37 PM PST I received a call from E-Cigs Electronic Cigarette at 855-396-3235 to inform me I can send an email to [email protected] and they will be sure to get back to me. I have already sent multiple emails to this address with no response, but I will send one again and update as more information comes in.

3/5/13 at 9:10 AM PST I received a call from Alan at E-Cigs Electronic Cigarette from number 855-396-3235. He informed me that they have received my call and would like to see how they can help. They were informed about the complaints posted abot them, the damages that have been reported and were then given contact information, which they will forward to their corporate office and will get back to us within 48 hours, per Alan's word. This will be updated as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/4/13 I called E-Cigs Electronic Cigarette at 1-877-647-3625 to speak with Toni who has called me multiple times. Every time I call back she in unavailable or a rep will not put her on the phone. I gave them my name and contact info and was told Toni will call me back once again to discuss the complaints filed against the,. I will continue to update as the investigation continues.

2/19/13 I called E-Cigs Electronic Cigarette and spoke with a rep there who didn't seem to know how to help after three times of explaining to her that I am not a customer I am investigating complaints posted about them. She finally just said to email them at [email protected] which I did. I will update ass the investigation continues.
