Scambook has reached out a few times to this company, but there has still been no action taken to address the complaints. I called Valu-Pass.com at 866-581-4705 on 10/8/2012. I spoke to Agent 5104 named Charles. I alerted him to the public profile and complaints that have been posted to Scambook. He is escalating my information to his upper management who will be calling me back. I await the call and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I called and emailed Valu-Pass.com at 866-581-4705 and [email protected] on 9/4/2012. Unfortunately, they were closed but in the email, I did disclose the complaints and monetary damage reported on Scambook. I will be making further attempts to get into contact with someone from Valu-Pass.com and will update everyone as the situation progresses. Their hours are 9AM-6PM EST.
