  • On 05/16/2013 Scambook mailed Western Sky a letter, via First Class Mail, to P.O.Box 370
    Timber Lake, SD 57656 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

  • On 3/26/2013 at 10:41am PST, I contacted Western Sky by dialing 605-865-3311. Due to the fact I had called their office during lunch hours a detailed message was taken and forwarded to the proper person regarding the profile on Scambook.

  • Scambook called Western Sky at 1866-759-1224 on 10/8/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep who informed me that they handle the billing for Western Sky. He told me to call them at 605-865-3311. Unfortunately, the number was invalid.

  • I called Western Sky at 1866-Sky-1224 on 8/30/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor and informed her about the complaints and monetary damage reported on Scambook. She said she is going to pass my information off to her manager. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
