9/18/13 at 2:40 PM PST Scambook reached out again to Pure Berry Max at [email protected] to remind them of the posted complaints and the importance of addressing them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information comes in.

On 09/17/13 at 1:30 PM PST, I sent a detailed email to [email protected] to contact Pure Berry Max. I explained the importance of resolving complaints and re-building customer relationships. I left my direct contact information if Pure Berry Max has any questions or would like to continue resolving their complaints.

7/19/13 at 10:51 AM PST Scambook contacted Ken Hampshire of Pure Berry Max at [email protected] to remind him of all the complaints posted about them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact us to address them. Since we've begun reaching out there has been little to no contact back and no action taken to address any complaint whatsoever. Scambook will remain vigilant and persistent and will keep contacting until resolution is reached. Updates will be posted as new information comes in.

6/25/13 at 4:35 PM PST Scambook emailed Pure Berry Max again at [email protected] to impress upon them the importance of addressing the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as information comes in and the investigation continues.

6/17/13 at 3:33 PM PST Scambook emailed Pure Berry Max at [email protected] after calling them again at (888) 777-1342. There was no answer via call, and there has still been no response through email. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

5/3/13 After many attempts to contact there has been no contact back from this company.

4/12/13 at 9:06 AM PST Scambook emailed Ken Hampshire at Pure Berry Max at [email protected] to ask for a call back so Scambook may address any complaints he may have. Scambook will continue to reach out as the investigation continues.

4/9/13 at 2:55 PM PST Scambook received a call from Pure Berry Max. The rep from Pure Berry Max informed Scambook that there was some hesitation to register the business to address the complaints as they were unsure of the procedure. The business Resolve Procedure was explained in detail and they were informed about the policies of Scambook as well. This is an ongoing investigation. Accordingly updates will be posted as more information becomes available.

4/9/13 at 1:44 PM PST Scambook emailed Pure Berry Max at [email protected] to inform them again of the complaints filed against them and to ask again who should be the point of contact to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as things progress.
