  • 7/23/13 at 2:05 PM PST Scambook called H-M Support at (800) 523-9239 and there was a recording saying "please hold ofr an operator" followed by a silence and then the call disconnected. Scambook will continue to try and contact and will update as the investigation continues.

  • 7/15/13 at 2:51 PM PST Scambook has reached out to H-M Support many times at (800) 523-9239 which was the number for another company. Scambook inquired and was informed that this is not the company for the number posted on the profikle. Research was done to try and locate valid contact information for this company, but with little result. Scambook will continue to investigate and will update as new information comes in.

Scambook inquired and awas informed that this is not the company for the number posted on the profikle. Scambook will continue to investigate and will update as new information comes in.

    informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
