    Intelius Customer Support has reached out to some of the individuals requesting assistance, however, have not reached out to all of the users associated with this profile.

  • On 01/04/13 at 3:10PM PST I dialed (877) 974-6141 to contact Intelius. Reese answered my call initially and transferred me to her supervisor Brandon. Brandon was already well aware of Intelius's public profile on Scambook along with all of Intelius's unresolved customer complaints. Brandon stated that he was not currently interested in offering any kind of resolution to any of the over 130 different customers that have posted a complaint. Brandon did advise me to send an email to [email protected] to see if that person he works with would be interested in offering any kind of customer service to the many current unresolved customer complaints. I have taken Brandon's advice and have contacted [email protected] urging them to seriously consider offering some kind of resolution to their customers that have taken their time to write complaints about Intelius. I will update everyone as this investigation continues.

  • I called Intelius at 425-974-6100 on 9/5/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor named Jacob and informed him about the complaints posted on Scambook. I gave him my information which he said he would pass off to his Public Relations Dept. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
