  • On 9.9.2013 at 2:40 PM PST I sent a follow up email to: [email protected], Mike Buontempo, (who wrote me back on August 26, inquiring for more details) of FB Vault Masterminds. I fully outlined FB Vault Masterminds public consumer complaints and business profile on Scambook. I provided Mike with all of the instructions to address his complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information and I am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • On August 26, 2013 I received an email response from Mike at FB Vault Masterminds. Mike is now aware of the posted consumer complaints and provided me with a direct email address to send more information. I sent a detailed email to Mike today on 9.4.2013 at 10:56 AM PST. I provided a detailed outline of the complaints and provided all of my direct contact information. Mike is looking further into the complaints. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

  • On 08/23/2013 Scambook mailed FB Vault Masterminds a letter, via Certified Mail, to 1020 South Avenue
    Westfield, NJ 07090 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
