  • I contacted GetSupportSite.com at 3:29pm by dialing (866) 877-5943 and spoke with Zoe. I informed her of the profile and the complaints submitted and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. Zoe placed me on hold and when she returned, she stated that nobody was available to take my call at this time. Zoe took down my contact information and submitted it for a callback within 24 hours. I am currently waiting for a response.

  • I attempted to contact GetSupportSite.com at 4:26pm by submitting an email in their contact us form on their website. I am currently waiting for a reply.

    I made a follow up call to GetSupportSite on 10/30/2012 at 3:28pm PST by dialing (888) 846-9589. I spoke with Nathan and informed him that the emailed he provided during our last call was invalid and requested to speak with his supervisor directly. Nathan said the only way to communicate with his supervisors was through email. I will send GetSupportSite another email in an attempt to communicate with an actual decision maker with the company.

  • I attempted to follow up with GetSupportSite.com at 1:53pm by dialing 888-846-9589 and spoke with Nathan. I informed Nathan of the profile for GetSupportSite.com and asked to speak with a supervisor in regards to this. Nathan stated that supervisors do not take calls and the best way to reach them is to email [email protected]. I sent an email with profile information and my contact information.

  • Spoke with a customer service representative named Victoria. She stated that she could not assist or address this matter and said she would have a supervisor contact me with more information regarding this matter. Scambook is currently waiting for a response.
