  • On 4/16/2013 at 11:00 AM PST I sent a detailed email to the social media team at Sears fully informing them of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • On 4/1/2013 at 2:46 PM PST I dialed (847) 286-2500 and spoke to a customer relations manager at corporate named Kyle. I fully informed Kyle of Sear's public business profile and 86 posted consumer complaints. Kyle provided me a direct email address to send the details to. I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully outlining Sear's public complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.
