I fully informed Ferlina of Rakuten.com's posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Ferlina took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she is passing it on to her supervisor, Rober Perez. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.
