Company received their 25th complaint.

On 09/23/13 at 11:04 AM PST, I dialed (480) 619-6968 first but there was no option for a live person, I then called (602) 368-3457 and again there was no option to speak to a live person. However, this time I left a voice mail for Top Choice Merchants to contact Betty Marshall. Again, I fully informed her of the the public complaints for Top Choice Merchants. I left all of my direct contact information if Betty Marshall or anyone from Top Choice Merchants decides to resolve their complaints.

On 09/17/13 at 11:58 AM PST, I dialed (602) 368-3457 to reach Betty Marshall of Top Choice Merchants. I left Mrs. Marshall a voice mail informing her of the public complaints and public business profile for Top Choice Merchants. In addition, I left her my direct contact information if Top Choice Merchants would like to resolve these complaints.

On 09/10/13 at 8:17 AM PST, I dialed (480) 619-6968 to contact Top Choice Merchants. There was no answer but, I did leave a voice mail informing Top Choice Merchants of their public business profile as well as their consumer complaints. I offered to provide Top Choice Merchants with options to resolve their complaints. I left all of my contact information if Top Choice Merchants decides they would like to provide any level of customer service for these complaints.

On 09/04/13 at 3:25 PM PST, I sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. informing Top Choice Merchants of the public complaints posted on Scambook, once again. In addition, I gave Top Choice Merchants, all of their options to resolve and a break down of our business resolve platform and all of its features. I left all of my direct contact information if Top Choice Merchants wishes to provide any level of customer service for these complaints.

On 08/26/13 at 8:33 AM PST, I dialed (480) 619-6968 to contact Top Choice Merchants. The voice recording instructed me to dial (800) 506-9694. I called that number, and there was no answer. I left a detailed voice mail informing Top Choice Merchants of the numerous times Scambook has reached out to them in regards to their complaints on Scambook. I left my direct contact information if Top Choice Merchants has an interest in resolving these complaints.

On 08/19/13 at 9:15 AM PST, I dialed (480) 619-6968 and (800) 506-9694 to contact Top Choice Merchants. Both numbers went to voice mail, and I left a detailed message regarding Top Choice Merchants and their public business profile and consumer posted complaints. I urged them to reconsider their choice and gave them additional options to resolve some of their complaints. I left my direct contact info if Top Choice Merchants has any questions or wishes to resolve these complaints.

Company received their 10th complaint.

On 08/12/13 at 10:48 AM, I dialed (480) 619-6968 to follow-up with Top Choice Merchants. I spoke to Tara, whom I informed of the previous conversation I had with Donny, from Top Choice Merchants. She cut me off to tell me that Top Choice Merchants is not interested in resolving these complaints on Scambook. I told Tara that I would have to inform the public that Top Choice Merchants is not interested in resolving their complaints or providing any type of customer services for their customers on Scambook at this time. Tara then said she didn't care and hung up the phone.

On 08/06/13 at 3:21 PM PST, I dialed (480) 532-6968 to contact Top Choice Merchants. The automated service recording informed me to dial (800) 506- 9694. A customer service representative by the name of Donny answered the phone and I explained to her that Top Choice Merchants has a public business profile and and 9 public consumer complaints on Scambook. I asked if she could forward me to managment, and Donny told me they were not available. Donny stated that she took down my contact information and pass it on to the appropriate department. I then proceeded to ask if Top Choice Merchants uses a 3rd party calling center and Donny did not want to answer any further questions. I will be expecting a call from Top Choice Merchants.

On 7/29/2013 4:13 PM PST, I sent a follow-up email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. Again, I fully informed Top Choice Merchants of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Top Choice Merchants has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 7/24/2013 8:42 AM PST, I sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing Top Choice Merchants of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Top Choice Merchants has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 07/16/13 at 2:35 AM PST, I dialed (480) 619-6968 to contact Top Choice Merchants. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Top Choice Merchants about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I provided my direct contact information if Top Choice Merchants has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 07/10/2013 Scambook mailed Top Choice Merchants a letter, via Certified Mail, to 5727 N 7th St.

Phoenix, AZ 85014 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 07/08/2013 at 11:55 AM PST, I dialed (480) 619-6968 to contact Top Choice Merchants. Could not reach a live person, but recording told me to call (800) 506-9694. I called (800) 506-9694, and spoke to customer service representative, Angela. She said she recorded my info and will have someone from the appropriate department call me back.I sent a detailed email informing Top Choice Merchants about the public complaints posted on Scambook, and left all of my direct contact information. In addition, I sent a detailed email to [email protected],[email protected],[email protected] and informed Top Choice Merchants of their public complaint and posted consumer complaints. I have left all of my direct contact info in the event that Top Choice Merchants wants to resolve their complaints.
