On 09/25/13 at 2:00 PM PST, I dialed (877) 763-0272 to contact NutritionCustomerCare.com. I spoke to David whom I fully informed of the public complaints posted and he transferred me to his upper management team. I spoke to one of the managers there, and he was not informed of these complaints or public business profile. I asked him if NutritionCustomerCare.com wanted to address these complaints, and he informed me that he would have speak to his executive team and get back to me. I left my contact information if NutritionCustomerCare.com would like to resolve these complaints.

On 09/18/13 at 11:17 AM PST, I sent a detailed email to [email protected],[email protected], and [email protected]. I informed them of the event that occurred last week, and that when I called customer support back, none of the customer service representatives would transfer me to Tanya while I had her customer ID. I also provided a link to Nutrition Customer Care's 177 complaints. I left my direct contact information if Nutrition Customer Care would like to address these complaints.

On 09/11/13 at 11:36 AM PST, I dialed (877) 763-0272 to be transferred to upper management after several minutes of being on hold, I was transferred to a voice mail. I have still not been able to speak to someone in the management team.

On 09/11/13 at 9:14 PM PST, I dialed (877) 763-0272 to contact NutritionCustomerCare.com. I spoke to Tanja and her supervisor Denis. I fully informed them of their public complaints for NutritionCustomerCare.com and sister companies. Tanja provided me with a confirmation number to have my call escalated. I was instructed to call back in two hours to discuss this with someone in upper management.

public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided
all of my direct contact information if Nutrition Customer Care has any interest in
resolving the posted complaints.

Again, I fully informed Nutrition Customer Care parent company of E-Trim Trainer of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Nutrition Customer Care has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

As of 08/26/13, Scambook does not have any information for E-trim Trainer. Scambook will continue to look for new information.

I called Nutrition Customer Care at 877-763-0272 on 7/3/2013. I spoke with Candace in customer support regarding their public profile and consumer complaints on Scambook. Candace was unable to help me and was only able to submit my contact information in order to have a supervisor call me back. I await their response.

I spoke to Scarl, customer service representative whom I fully informed of NutritionCustomerCare.com's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaints. Scarl stated that he recorded my direct contact information and that he will pass it on to the appropriate department. I am awaiting a response.

Lexi answered my call and I informed Lexi of NutritionCustomerCare.com of their public Scambook profile and posted complaint along with all of my contact information, if NutritionCustomerCare.com wishes to offer any level of customer service regarding the complaint.
