  • On 07/03/13 I contacted Blizzard White via email to [email protected], [email protected] informing Blizzard White of their public Scambook profile and posted complaint along with all of my contact information, if Blizzard White wishes to offer any level of customer service regarding the complaint.

  • Scambook called Blizzard White and asked to speak to a manager. Rich who mentioned she was a supervisor denied to escalate our call to upper management. She explained to us the businesses terms and conditions but, denied to answer any questions about resolving the consumer complaints on Scambook. A detailed email was sent and will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.
