On 6/4/2013 at 10:30 AM PST I received a call from Erica Gretsky of PurelyHosting.com. Erica is fully informed of the posted consumer complaints regarding PurelyHosting.com on Scambook as well as the public business profile. Erica Stated that PurelyHosting.com is not interested in addressing and complaints .

On 5/29/2013 at 9:52 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing PurelyHosting.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 4/24/2013 at 2:30 PM PST I dialed (800) 509-4206 to contact Purely Hosting. I spoke to a customer service representative and fully informed her of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for PurelyHosting on Scambook. She took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she would pass it on to a supervisor. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

On 03/19/2013 at 10:55 AM PST I dialed (800) 509-4206 to contact Purely Hosting. I spoke to an employee named Ruth. I fully informed Ruth of Purely Hosting's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaint. Ruth took down all of my direct contact information and is forwarding the information on to Ana Marie in accounting so that she can get back to me.

On 03/13/2013 Scambook mailed PurelyHosting a letter, via First Class Mail, to 605 North High Street

Columbus, OH 43215 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 03/08/2013 at 2:44 PM PST I dialed (614) 947-0431 to contact Purely Hosting. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Purely Hosting about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.

There was no answer but I did leave Ana Marie a second detailed follow-up voice mail to answer any questions she may have regarding Purely Hosting's public business profile and posted consumer complaint on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.

On 03/04/2013 at 9:35 AM PST I dialed (614) 947-0431 to contact Ana Marie of Purely Hosting. There was no answer but I did leave Ana Marie a detailed follow-up voice mail to answer any questions she may have regarding Purely Hosting's public business profile and posted consumer complaint on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.

On 03/1/2013 at 10:15 AM PST I dialed (614) 947-0431 to contact Purely Hosting. I spoke to an employee in accounting named Ana Marie. I fully informed Ana Marie of Purely Hosting's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaint. Ana Marie took down all of my direct contact information and is forwarding the information on to her upper management.
