  • On 09/14/13, Victoria form DS Marketing once again informed me that she is not interested in resolving their complaints on Scambook.

  • As of 09/13/13, Scambook has still not received a response from AllureDeadSea.comt. However, I sent another reminder email to inform AllureDeadSea.com of their rising complaints. In addition, I explained the importance of resolving complaints and rebuilding customer relationships. I left all of my contact information if AllureDeadSea.com has any interest in resolving their complaints.

  • On 08/06/13 at 2:55 PM PST, I sent another email to Victoria, from DS Marketing the parent company of AllureDeadSea.com, and asked her to have DS Marketing to reconsider their decision to not resolve their complaints or provide any type of customer service for AllureDeadSea.com. I left all of my contact information if Victoria wants to respond.

  • On 07/12/13 at 10:14 AM PST, I dialed (800) 903-1501 to contact AllureDeadSea.com. I spoke to Dorothy, a customer service representative, who informed me that the parent company is DS Marketing Limited. I asked to speak to Victoria, the complaint manager, and Dorothy informed me that she was busy on the phone with another customer. She also informed that that DS Marketing was not interested in resolving any of these complaints nor providing any type of customer service at this time.
