  • I called CleverBridge at 312-922-8693 on 4/16/2013. I spoke with a customer service rep by the name of Anaid. I alerted her to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Anaid was only able to take down my contact information in order to submit it to the proper department for a call back. I await their response.

    Chicago, IL 60601-3805 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

    Scambook forwarded information to Cleverbridge Inc. regarding user submitted information available to the public on Scambook.com. Scambook has yet to receive a response to inquiries.

    On 10/31/2012 at 9:40AM PST I dialed (312) 922-8693 to contact Cleverbridge Inc. Richard answered my call and I asked to please be transferred to a decision maker of Cleverbridge Inc. as Scambook has been diligently trying to speak to one since September 7th, 2012. Richard informed me that the best way to contact them would to be to send an email to[email protected]. I told Richard that is not acceptable and the does not do a thing as we have followed that request from them prior, with no response or progress. Richard recorded all of my contact information and promised me that he would make sure someone higher up actually calls me this time in regards to this urgent matter. I have also sent a follow up email to them as well as sent a letter via first class mail. I will update everyone as this investigation progresses.

  • I sent another email to Clever Bridge at [email protected] on 10/4/2012. In the email, I reminded them of the complaints and monetary damage that have been reported to Scambook. I await their reply.

  • I called Cleverbridge Inc. at 312-922-8693 on 9/7/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and alerted them to the complaints posted to Scambook. He informed me that the best way to contact the proper party was to send an email to cs@cleverbridge,com. In the email, I detailed the complaints and monetary damage posted to the site. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
