I fully informed Nicole of Clearview Energy about the new consumer complaint added to Clearview Energy's public business profile on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.

  • On 03/06/2013 at 09:15 AM PST I dialed (888) 257-8439 to contact Clearview Energy. I spoke to a supervisor named Nicole. Nicole stated the Clearview energy is unwilling to address any complaint on Scambook.

    Dallas, TX 75313 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

  • On 03/04/2013 at 10:25 AM PST I dialed (888) 257-8439 to contact Alexander of Clearview Energy. I spoke to a receptionist named Patricia who informed me that Alexander was not available. I fully informed Patricia of Clearview Energy's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaint. Patricia took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will pass it on to Alexander. I also sent Alexander a follow-up e-mail explaining how to edit his company information. I left all of my direct contact information.

Marisol took down all of my direct contact information and is forwarding the information on to Alex in the Regulatory Department. I am waiting for a response.
