I sent GLClick an email at [email protected] on 9/3/2013 in regards to their unresolved consumer complaints. I await their response and will update accordingly.

I made an additional call to GLClick on 8/27/2013. I spoke with Mary in regards to their complaints. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but none were available. Mary was only able to take down my contact information in order to have the right person return my call. I await their response.

I sent an email to GLClick at [email protected] on 8/20/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints. I await their response.

I made an additional call to GLClick on 8/13/2013. After being on hold for several minutes, I disconnected the call. I will make additional attempts to contact the business in the coming days. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

GLClick is a subsidiary of Clicksure who I have been in contact with. Clicksure informed me that they have no interest in resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook. GLClick will not be addressing their complaints as well.

I made an additional call to GLClick on 7/3/2013. I spoke with Michael in customer service. Michael was unable to assist me and recommended that I send an email to [email protected]. I mentioned we had done this several times without response. Michael apologized and stated that was the best route to take.

I called GLClick at 888-853-3688 on 5/22/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative by the name of Jackie. I alerted Jackie to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Jackie informed me that they were only a third party billing support line that had no direct association with GLClick.

On 3/29/2013 at 9:59am PST, I contacted GLClick by dialing (888) 853-3688. I attempted to explain the profile on Scambook to the representative however, I was informed that GLClick does not currently have a comment. I was able to get the representative to say they were going to transfer me, however, the transfer was never answered.
