I sent emails to YourTrimTrainer at [email protected] [email protected], and [email protected] on 9/4/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I attempted to contact YourTrimTrainer at 855-978-6683 on 8/28/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative in regards to their large number of unresolved consumer complaints. The representative refused to transfer me to a supervisor nor was willing to assist me with the situation. He stated that they were just a third party call center with no direct affiliation to YourTrimTrainer and then proceeded to end the call.

On 8/6/2013 11:29 AM PST, I sent a follow-up email to Your Trim Trainer. Again, I fully informed Your Trim Trainer of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Your Trim Trainer has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 7/29/2013 2:08 PM PST I dialed (855) 978-6683 to contact YourTrimTrainer. I spoke to a supervisor named McKenzie. I fully informed McKenzie of YourTrimTrainer's public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. Lindsay provided me with her manager's email, where I sent a detailed email outlining the complaints and provided YourTrimTrainer with options on resolving the complaint along with all of my direct contact information. Your Trim Trainer is now fully aware of the complaints and is now reviewing them. I am currently awaiting a response.

On 07/23/13 at 2:17 PM, I dialed (855) 978-6683 to contact Your Trim Trainer. A customer service representative by the name of Shear answered the phone. I fully informed Shear of the public business profile and 220 complaints for Your Trim Trainer. Shear said that she cannot help me. I asked if she could transfer me to her corporate office, and she said she will not. I then asked if she could take down my information to pass along to Your Trim Trainer. Shear said no. At this time, Shear has is made the conscious choice to speak on behalf of Your Trim Trainer and refused to address these 220 complaint or provide any type of customer service.

On at 07/16/13 at 10:54 AM PST, I dialed (877) 237-6120, to contact Your Trim Trainer. I spoke to Bianca, customer service representative whom I fully informed of Your Trim Trainer's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaints. Bianca transferred me to her supervisor who kept asking me for my order number. I had to explain I was a business investigator and that I was calling on behalf of Your Trim Trainer customers. I do not think the supervisor understood what I was saying, due to a bad connection and a language barrier. She then hung up on me. I called back and the line was busy. I will try to call back again later.

I made an additional call to Your Trim Trainer on 7/8/2013. I spoke with Albert regarding their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. Albert was unable to provide me with any help nor was able to assist in determining their interest in addressing their complaints. Albert stated that if anyone wanted customer service then they should call Your Trim Trainer directly.

I spoke to a customer service representative and alerted her to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I requested to speak to a supervisor or a manager, but none were available. I was only able to leave my contact information in order to have the proper authority return my call. I stated that we have done this time and time again without response and she stated that she could not help me further.

I contacted YourTrimTrainer by dialing 855-978-6683 on 6/25/2013. I spoke to a customer service representative and alerted him to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I requested to speak to a supervisor or a manager, but none were available. I was only able to leave my contact information in order to have the proper authority return my call. I await their response.

On 5/7/2013 at 10:00am PST, I attempted to contact Garcinia Cambogia by dialing (800) 558-0884. The automated system informed me they were having technical difficulties. A email sent to [email protected] was returned as undelivered.

An email was sent to Garcinia Camboagia on 4/12/2013 updating the business about their profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scamboook.
