4/15/13 at 2:45 PM PST Scambook emailed Smile Pro Direct again at [email protected] to inform them that since our last contact with them on 4/12/13 there has been no contact back and no action taken to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

4/12/13 at 11:07 PM PST Scambook called Smile Pro Direct at (866) 441-5234 and spoke with a rep named Michael about the numerous attempts to contact them to address the complaints. Scambook informed him there has been no action taken to address the complaints or to contact us back. He insisted he would forward out contact information and a message to the corporate office, and also gave us the address to which we mailed a a letter 4/12/13. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

4/4/13 at 10:14 AM PST Scambook called Smile Pro Direct at (866) 441-5234 and got the customer service email, sent an email and is awaiting a response. This company has been informed that since the last contact on 3/28/13 there has been no contact back and no effort to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to update as things progress.

3/28/13 at 1:46 PM PST an email was sent to Smile Pro Direct at [email protected] to follow up on the last email sent to them on 3/25/13. Since then there has been no contact from the company and no action taken to address the complaints. Scambook will follow up and will update as the investigation continues.

3/25/13 at 11:18 AM PST I contacted Smile Pro Direct again via email to follow up with them on the last contact 3/4/13. To date there has been no contact back from them, and no action taken on their part to address any of the 12 consumer complaints. I informed them again about the complaints posted and let them know how to contact me to address the complaints. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

On 3/4/13 Scambook First Class Mail notification letter was returned to our office as not deliverable.

I called Smile Pro Direct at 866-221-1656 on 3/4/2013. I spoke to a customer service rep and alerted him to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I was directed to send and email to [email protected] and attention it to management. I await their response.

2/14/13 I called Smile Pro Direct at (866) 441-5234, (866) 221-1656 and was unable to speak with a rep. I followed up with an email to [email protected] to inform them of the complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaint. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
