  • I contacted JaniBank by sending them an email to [email protected] on 7/22/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in continuing to move forward with our resolution process. I wait their response.

  • On 6/26/2013 at 10:08 AM PST I sent a second detailed email to [email protected] fully informing JaniBank of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complainst. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.
