  • 4/25/13 at 7:43 AM PST Scambook contacted Karen McEnroe of Hearst Publications to discuss the complaints posted and answer question she may have about the business resolve process. Karen was very polite, professional and genuinely concerned with addressing the posted complaints. Ms. Rivera joined in the call and had great questions as well. They have mentioned they will be registering the business and will begin to address the complaints after they have a conference with their team to discuss the best course of action. Scambook will continue to reach out and update as the investigation continues.
