On 7/23/2013 at 2:03 PM PST I sent a follow up email to Al Mishan, informing him that there are now 10 public complaints regarding NoTangleBrush.com on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 06/5/13 at 2:23 PM PST I dialed (800) 338-3394 to contact NoTangleBrush.com. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Al Mishan, a managing member of NoTangleBrush.com's public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 06/3/13 at 9:31 AM PST I dialed (800) 338-3394 to contact NoTangleBrush.com. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Al Mishan, a managing member of NoTangleBrush.com's public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. On 5.29.2013 at 10:35 AM PST I dialed (800) 423-4248 X235 to contact a head managing member, Al Mishan. Al was on the other line so I left a detailed voice mail fully informing Al of the new posted consumer complaint, totaling NoTangleBrush.com at eight (8) public complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 05/16/13 at 8:25 AM PST I dialed (800) 338-3394 to contact Al Mishan of NoTangleBrush.com. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail for Al, fully informing him of the two new complaints and pre-existing 5; for a total of 7 posted consumer complaints as well as their public business profile. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 5/7/2013 at 8:20 AM PST I dialed (800) 423-4248 to contact NoTangleBrush.com. I spoke to a supervisor named Al. Al is fully aware of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Al requested that I send him a detailed email, as i did, fully outlining the complaints. Al is looking further into the complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation changes or progresses in anyway.

On 5/3/2013 at 4:06 PM PST I sent a detailed email to Al Mishan and Antoinette Ramos, Supervisors for NoTangleBrush.com. I fully informed Al and Antoinette of the new posted consumer complaint and the new total of 4 complaints for NoTangleBrush.com. I provided all of my direct contact details and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

There was no answer but I left a detailed voice mail informing NoTangleBrush.com about their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.

On 4/5/2013 Scambook First Class Mail notification letter was returned to our office as not deliverable.

On 4/4/2013 at 11:50 AM PST I dialed 212.689.9094 EXT 233 to contact Antoinette Ramos of E.Mishan and Sons, Inc. who own NoTangleBrush. Antoinette has been fully informed of these public consumer complaints and business profile over three weeks ago. I called Antoinette and did not reach her, but I did leave a detailed voice mail stating that I am willing to address any questions she may have, and to see if she is interested in addressing these consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information, and am waiting for a response.

On 3/28/2013 at 8:35 AM PST I sent a detailed follow-up email to [email protected], the Supervisor of Customer Service, Antoinette Ramos. I have fully informed Antoinette of the public business profile and posted consumer complaints about NoTangleBrush.com on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

On 03/19/2013 Scambook mailed NoTangleBrush.com a letter, via First Class Mail, to 230 Fifth Ave.
New York, NY 10001 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
