  • On 6/5/2013 at 12:00 PM PST I dialed (614) 729-3206 to contact Whittney Miller of Comenity Pay. Whittney informed me that upper management decided not to address any complaints but has my direct contact information if they ever need our services in the future.

  • On 5.29.2013 at 1:58 PM PST I dialed (614) 729-3206 to contact a supervisor named Whittney of Comenity Pay. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail fully informing Whittney of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Comenity Pay on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • On 5/16/2013 at 8:35 AM PST I dialed (614) 729-3206 to contact Whittney Miller of Comenity Pay. There was no answer but I did leave Whittney a detailed voice mail following up with her in regards to the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for Comenity Pay on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

  • On 05/13/13 at 1:51 PM PST I contacted Comenity Pay. I left a message for a supervisor named Whitney. I left Whitney a follow-up voice mail to answer any questions she may have regarding Comenity's posted consumer complaints/pubic business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

  • On 5/10/2013 at 4:30 PM PST I received a call from Whittney of Comenity Pay. Whittney provided me with her direct email address where I sent a detailed email fully outlining the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Comenity pay on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Comenity Pay about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

    Columbus, OH 43218-2273 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
