  • On 1/9/13 at 10:06am PST I called (616) 777-0372 to get in touch with the customer service manager, but the number was disconnected. There is still no email available so I will update when there is more to report.

  • Called (616) 777-0372, (616) 777-0372, (571) 535-0965, (801) 610-2766 on 1/8/13 at 2:29 and all the numbers were disconnected. I have already sent email and am waiting for reply. will update when there is more information.

  • Called (616) 777-0372 with no answer and Sent email to [email protected] on 1/7/2013 at 2:55pm PST informing them of the complaints filed against them and what they can do to resolve them. I will follow up with them again via phone on 1/9/2013.
