  • That's funny, hee hee, but just what you would expect from comcast.
    They once credited someone else's account with the money we paid via a phone payment. It took about four months to get it credited back tc our account. I assume someone has corrected your problem by now?

  • I too am disabled, I have had comcast/xfinity for 2 yrs (only cable available here) my bill has never been what was quoted, nevr been the same twice, and they cut it off EVERY month because its due on the 2nd ad I dont recieve my check until the 3rd (they refuse to change due date) and of course, they charge me the late fee & reconnect every month!! I dont know how they are legally allowed to treat customers this way.
