  • I don't know what "White Hills" is, but Everest Cash Advance is an online payday loan company. If they debited your account it is because you applied for a payday loan online. You may not have even applied with them, but with any online payday loan company who sold your application to Everest.

    If they are debiting your account, then that means they previously CREDITED your account with the loan. I know Everest Cash Advance is a legit loan company, but I'm not sure what 'whitehills' refers to. So, if you can't find the previous CREDIT from Everest and if you can't find an email from Everest in your inbox or junk mail explaining the loan, then perhaps some OTHER company is using the same name and got your info fraudulently.

    If it IS the loan company debiting your account, then that means they will keep doing so until the loan is completely paid back, even taking a lot of money in interest. You need to search for an email from them so that you can talk to the company and find out if it is really them.

  • I'm soo glad I read this complaint about Everest Cash Advance because I was looking into getting a cash advance with a company I could trust &as I was looking I ran across Everest Cash Advance & carefully read the terms and conditions as well as the interest rates and I thought it was pretty resonable but was also sceptical and that's why I looked into it with my scambook & I'm glad i did. I'm sory you had a bad experience with them as I am for anyone who gets scamed. As of now money mutal will be my go to for a cash advance.

  • Okay as of 2-8-2013...Everest is still not letting me pay off my loan or apply any amounts towards the Balance...but have charged me fee's of $375, I have contacted my Bank and still they continue to pull funds...Everest is not Licensed in the State of Arizona for God shakes...I HAVE PROOF AND SENT PROOF TO YOU SCAMBOOK AND STILL NOTHING..I HAVE SENT COMPLAINTS TO GOVERNORS OFFICE, FTC & AZ DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS FOR HELP...THIS PREDATORY LENDER NEEDS TO BE STOPPED...PLEASE ALL OF US THAT HAVE COMPLIED AND COMPLIED WITH WHAT INFORMATION YOU NEEDED FROM US...YOU MUST HAVE A WAY OR MEDIA THAT CAN EXPOSE EVEREST ? AND IF YOU DO PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL CONTACT THE MEDIA..THANKS

  • This is Exstremly Important I have called Everest several times and have been laughed at an told I can't stop them from pulling money from my Chase Checking account they sent me an email yesterday 1-29-2013 stating they will be pulling another $150. if they pull it will $375 fees according to Everest...I have sent complaints to every agency I can think of this is Theft...I have tried to payoff loan of $500 but they won't let me..Help ASAP !!
