  • This msg is to niterider cant find your msg since signing up for this to comment on your post but If you had read the bottom of the page theres a box you can check if you agree to the rules and regulations of agreeing to buy this product where it clearly states that after 14 days it will take a $89.95 charge purchase fee for item and enrollement in the auto shopment program and if you'd like to cancel it you have to call a number within 14 days of purchasing to cancel otherwise every 30 days youll automatically be sent a bottle at a charge of $79.95. Maybe you should read all the fine print before you order something online. And if that $89.95 that they took from your account was all the money you had to buy christmas presents for your kids then maybe you shouldnt be wasting your money on diet pills when clearly your money is better spent somewhere else. HHMMM????

  • Hi, to all those who have been scammed by this company here are a few tips to help you. Firstly contact your bank or credit card acct and place a stop on all future payment attempts. Make sure that you tell them to stop Mizulean and Puraclens otherwise they will continue to pay on 1 or the other. Next contact Trading Standards or equivalent depending where you live, they must be told so that an investigation can be made of this 'company'. Next contact TNT Post, they will probably ask for images of the packages, I have already started an investigation with them so hopefully the more people who complain or ring them the quicker this can be resolved. Next step is to write a letter to the 'company' asking for all your money back. I've drafted a letter which says I intend to pursue them through the small claims court and that I have reported their activities to the Police. Next if you've opened the packages reseal them and take them to a Royal Mail sorting office. Explain what has occurred and ask them to return the package/es to the return address thats printed on your address label. They should do this free of charge especially if you advise them of the problem(this advice I obtained from TNT Post customer services). Royal Mail or your equivalent work with TNT to prevent scammers from continuing to bombard people with stuff they dont want. They will also place a 'stop' on further deliveries from this 'company' to you and start an investigation of their own. I hope this helps but you can get me through Facebook if you need more info, I'm happy to help as I'm also a victim! One other thing you could try is contacting Sky News (this is where I first saw this product advertised) and tell them that an article they ran concerning these products has caused an awful lot of heartache and problems. If they dont know about this they cant do much about getting it put right, also try your local TV complaints program/scam buster program you never know it might just work!

  • Did you follow there stupidly strict rules for the return as in get the RMA number, as it states they will not accept any returns without one!! i would ring them back and get this number from them and just return them, as you will then have followed it, you can't help it if you need to replace your bank card for whatever reason, things happen! i am still waiting on delivery of my items to be able to return them.

  • My wife last week purchase the so called free trial. We sent them back to the 26 york street london address but they got returned with no explanation. the 0800 number just me through to the coop bank, I managed to contact them on the 00 0800 number and they were not helpful at all, I cancelled my bank card before they took any payment but I was threatened with teh law if I did not pay.
    I am a bit worried, what do you think. I will mnot pay them.

  • the number to call to cancel this product is 008005859601, you can't cancel till you receive the items, and you will need to send it back with a tracking number, they are not helpful at all, and blatantly tell you that its your own fault for not reading the T&C (i never) but i did get to speak to someone about it, i am going to 'lose' my bank card and get a new one just in case as i still think they will at least try and get 1 months worth of money out of me, as they will use the 14 day returns policy as an excuse, if it takes a week to get delivered, then it might take a week to get back to them, they will not cancel your order or give you the required returns number before hand, so best of luck.

  • I dialed the number on the letter and got through to the co-op bank.Anyway rang my bank and they have cancelled my card.Advert totally misleading, Trail period means try out a product for free. Price of these products are extortionate, yet daily papers are running their adverts. Be Warned: KEEP AWAY!!

  • It is a con and they try to take monies after I cancelled, it was fortunate that my bank stopped the payment to them as a fraudulent payment. I called them on 02035149445 this take you through to the UK. Hope that helps might be worth asking you bank to cancel the bank card no they have and issue you with a new one, then they can't take anymore. good luck. Bernie

  • if you dial 0080058596061 you do get through to them but think its all a scam and how they advertise and sell the product is very misleading i,ve contacted my bank and im having a new credit card sent so they cant take any money from the one they have the details on, good luck

  • Hi excactly the same has happened to me. I have emailed them and told them if i don;t her from them in 24hrs I will telll everybody on facebook and twiter and get them to pass it on etc about the con.
    i am also in the process of waiting for someone from my bank to call me back. i suggest you call your bank too.
