  • Got the same type phone call TODAY 12-15-12. I'm suspicious so I asked questions, salesman got bent out of shape a bit & transferred me to a "supervisor" who gave me a callback #818-921-6957 & an ID-said his name was Eric White but spoke with a distinct non American/British accent.Very Insistent-when i posed more ?'s, he got rude & I hung up-came to SCAMBOOK site whom I've LEARNED to trust and saw report after report on this. Can Nothing Be Done to stop this? If anyone knows who I can file a report with besides SCAMBOOK Please reply.

  • cancel your credit card now. They will continue to harass you for more money and tell you that the payment didn't go through. It's seems to be a global problem, ask your bank if there is anything they can do to reverse the transaction. Next time they call tell them you don't have a laptop and hang up. Unfortunately I still continue to get phone calls everyday but it helps to have an answer phone.
