  • Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC. I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our product. I would, however, like to clarify a misunderstanding concerning our policies. When customers return their NuWave PICs, we do refund the purchase price. However, we are unable to refund the S&P charges. We do not, in fact, add any surcharges to your order upon return.

  • Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC. I am terribly sorry to hear about the delayed receipt of your product. I would like to make one clarification. I apologize if you misheard the agent, but we do not offer 24 hour shipping, but rather 24 hour processing. Typically, whenever customers accept 24 hour processing, they can expect shipment within a few business days. However, once the order is processed, the actual package is in the hands of the shipping company, so unfortunately, once this is done, we cannot control the efficiency in which your package is delivered.   • I sent an e-mail to Jeremy at the address given by Scambook. The results were the same as when I contacted the Hearthware company by phone and e-mail, dead silence. This contact was totally useless but I want to thank Scambook for the try. I have came to the conclusion that the Hearthware company deserves everything I have said about them before. This company is running a scam and you should stay clear of them. They have soured me on buying anything from a TV ad and I don't plan on ever doing it again. Life teaches many lessons and I just learned one from the lies they tell you on their phony ads with promises of a good and fair deal. DON'T BELIEVE THEM !!!!!!!

  • Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC. I apologize for any confusion that may have occurred during the ordering process. We do send the Ultimate Cookware Set to our customers as a free gift when they order, but only if they accept the S&P charges that apply. The cookware is still free, but we simply ask that customers cover the ever increasing shipping costs as well as costs associated with processing orders. Please also keep in mind that, should you choose to decline this free gift, you can still use the PIC with any induction-ready cookware. You can check to see if your pans are compatible by looking for the induction-ready symbol, or by testing to see if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the pan.
