  • I also have received a $30.00 charge to my account which resulted in a $25.00 overdraft charge on 11/20/2012. However my bank is allowing me to file and the money will be refunded to my account. Amazing how these lower than life scam artists are allowed to function when people try, in all earnest, to obtain a loan that none of the 2 big to fail banks will loan to us. Then they have the unmittigated gaul to steal!!!! Oh an no laws protect against this..its perfectly all right for theses scum to take innocent prey! You need to know more of why this country is in the shape it is!!!!!!

  • I have gone through the same thing, they debited 30.00 from my account. I was on the phone with them the very same day of the debit. They promised a $100.00 gas voucher would be sent to me within 24-48 hours which I still have not received, but rest assured, I call them every 24-48 hours and ask them what the excuse is this time and where my voucher or refund of my $30.00 is. I WILL NOT let this die. It may in the end cost me more than $30.00 to resolve, but I will not let them keep my money that they just stole from my account.

  • i called this company and talked to amber. she said there was nothing they could do to return my $30 but i could fill out their loan application and get the $30 off the $50 fees plus they would email me a printable gas voucher for $100 to off set the loan. I am now going to my bank filing against them to get my money. I also have emailed the AG here in my state through this site about this company. i hope that this get resolved, we all get refunds of all money, plus in way i feel this company should be pay us for mental health because the taking of this money has left some if not all of us wondering how to pay bills that we are now short the money to pay. With this they may have also caused accounts to get extra fees because a payment for our bills.

  • this also just happened to me today! i check my bank account and there is a $30.00 withdrawal from this company Pacific Advances. i have never heard of this company in my entire life. i called the number provided and got a really rude speaking lady named Giane of course shes from another country and cant speak english either, well i argued with that woman for about 20 mins just to get a supervisor on the phone! finally got the so-called supervisor, then informs me that she cannot give me my money back but can email me a gas card worth $100.00! WTF!!!! i want my money back the lady also kept telling to accept the loan, i said what freaking loan i dont want your services lady, i just want my money back, then she said if i just go to the web site and except their loan, thenb theyll give me my money back!!! this is the biggest scam ive seen ever seen!!! i just want my money back asap. i will get to the bottom of this and have contacted my attorney. these people can not get away with these scams I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND DONT JUST GIVE IT AWAY!!!
