Me: I'm saying I'm paying for the shipping fees with my own cost and directly to the courier. Give me the address so that I can send the item to you. Don't ask me the same questions never again.
The similar conversations continue endlessly....the website also says the address states on the parcel (Chainese address) is not used for a returning items. Where are they? I am not paying anything to them but no way to contact realypay either. really disappointing.

If you type in www.realypay.com It comes up in Chinese assuming it will even load. I too will be contacting my bank because I am out 114$ as well.

Mr Mr Koshi Maee or any similar name is the name the scammer use.
They are probably Nigerians based in Singapore (or maybe they use a VPN to avoid being detected).
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.
The total was £112 and realypay took £120.99 and a £1 bank transaction fee, i waited for 3 weeks with no delivery and email responses, eventually i found an email from realypay dated on the day of purchase with a link to the support. This is where i found out that they refunded me 3 days later for only £113, there was no reason, i asked for explanations and i got that they refunded me and it was due to the exchange rate that i recieved less back. I eventually got a response that the reason behind the refund was due to no stock of the four items i ordered.
My bank has provided me with provisional credit and are currently investigating the incident.

Last time I order shoes on justdonike.net I received them within two weeks so I was surprised the company failed to deliver to me this time. On the website the advertisements said the product would ship immediately and it would take up to twenty days to arrive. This was not the case at all because I still do not have them.
It would be much appreciated if i could contact justdonike.net and confront them but this is impossible because there is no contact information whatsoever. I am not pleased the way they treat there customers.
