I am the complainant here, updating the situation.
Just to let everyone know who has gone through the same thing as we have with unauthorised debit transactions.
i challenged the activity direct with Dead Sea Kit company, surprisingly, got a very civilised and apologetic email from their customer service explaining how the aut-debit system works and suggesting if we did not want the product, to return it to the address given within 10 working days and no further monies would have been taken. Following a very polite exchange of emails where I disagreed with them and asked for a refund - they gave me one. I sent the products back (after having had them in my possession for nearly a month) and within 10 business days I had a full refund credited to my bank account and an assurance that the direct debit had been cancelled - which it has.
If you persist, taking the firm but fair approach rather than aggression, and go direct to the company (I had no problem contacting their customer services at all by email, very rapid response within 3 working days) - I dealt with a Cristian Kane - then you CAN reclaim all your money - the only downside is that it cost me £12 to return the goods to Israel, which I could not reclaim. Small cost for a satisfactory result. My case on this problem is noe CLOSED

There is also a phone no., 0203 582 4082 - but probably no point in phoning it as I only got a "disconnected" tone.
This company's marketing method is only borderline "scam" as you DO get something for your money. However, it is definitely "sharp practice" as your future payments are not made clearly - although they ARE there if you search.
I only applied for my "trial kits" last night, but didn't get round to reading the "small print" of their terms and conditions etc. until this morning, which was when I found out that these large payments would be payable - even for the "trial" kits!
As soon as I realised this, I emailed Customer Services for both products (email addresses on their websites) cancelling orders for both products. As I have not received emails of notification of despatch, I consider my orders now cancelled. If they STILL send the products, I will not open them, NOR return them. I will notify them by email that they can arrange collection of them, at THEIR cost, and that I will keep them safely until such time that they do.
I have further phoned my bank's Security Dept. and arranged that any further attempt by the company that took the P&P payments be blocked from taking any further money. I'll put the P&P charges down to experience!
I've also checked with my bank that they cannot take further money from my account by using any "sister" company of theirs that my bank has not been alerted to, as this would be fraud, and my bank would then have to reimburse me and commence fraudulent transaction proceedings against them.
I hope that this will be of some assistance to some of you.

I therefore cancelled it, purely down to their lack of response, and returned the items.
Later I saw that my credit card had been charged and dealt with my credit card's fraud department to stop any further amounts from being taken and to get a refund of the first one.
I suggest you do the same with your credit card company or bank.
Good luck.
Call your bank/credit card company and cancel your cards!
