  • Ring this number: +448717119080. It's a UK number, but is transferred to the US. Ring late afternoon UK time and you will get to a customer service operator. DEMAND a refund suggesting that their business practices are 'false and misleading', they've also not be authorised to deduct further funds out of your account over and above the agree trial amount. Suggest that you have been onto your bank and will open a case of 'fraud' against them unless they refund in full. Worked for me and it's true, so you're not just stringing them a line.

  • I too fell victim to this scam. They advertise that you will receive samples of Idrotherapy and Oil of Argon, which I did. Then a few months later and whilst I was on holiday they sent a further 2 samples of each and deducted the following from my bank account
    11/07/13 Argon - £41.90
    11/07/13 Idroptherapy - £74.99
    27/0713 - Argon - £89.79
    25/07/13 - Idrotherapy - £103.98.
    How can they justify taking £310.66 from my bank account for 4 pathetic little samples.
    I intend to take this further.
