Whhooohoooo:I've reported the general scam against Revive Bioscience and named Tallack
http://canadiancompanies.landoffree.com/oratepeople/Revive_BioScience_Inc.
Click on Robert and you can leave personal feedback - Yes, got him where it might hurt!
(you get about 2000 characters and a word cannot be more than 25 characters)
I've reported him to the Canadian FTC and likened him to Jesse Willms - google him!

His USA address is:
Revive BioScience
160 Greentree Drive,
Suite 101,
Dover,
Delaware
USA, 19904
He had a UK company address in Hazelmere but it was just an accommodation address. The location leaseholders have received many telephone complaints and have recently cancelled his contract and told him to take their details off his websites.
He has about 8 websites, all highly deceptive with false and misleading statements. He has created a fictitious world of hope for those in pain but all he does is cause pain.
In the complaints you will note many people complaining about the smell. I am told that it is out of date stock (maybe 4 years out of date); check if you have a date stamp - not the one on the box but the one on the product. If there is no date then it has been erased.
I could say so much more about what and how he is doing it but running out of characters.
Finally if you are looking for topical pain relief then take a look at the product on aloeland.co.uk and yes, I declare an interest as I manage that website.
Hope you get your money back. Report it to your bank and ask them to make a chargeback as others have been successful.
To report the fraud in the UK then it is via: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
and a call to your Trading Standards is a good idea. Surrey County Council are aware and provide me with background on how it's going for them - but it's slow stuff. Tallack has threads everywhere; websites, Facebook, links within other sites (eg golf)
Within the action fraud forms will be a reference to "do you know if someone else has reported this?" or similar; my reference no is NFRC120700327820 if you want to add it.
The scammers' email is [email protected] if you want to tell him about the fictitious world of hope he has created and the pain that he is causing and not relieving.
Don't confuse what Tallack the scammer is doing with another company ; 024zone are genuine and have no part in the deceptive practices of Robert Tallack, CEO of Revive BioScience
Surrey County Council Trading Standards are my local contact and they are on the case but the wheels turn slowly.
Condor: I too have reported the Facebook Sponsored ads; been reporting for the last 2 months but they don't take any notice.
There is a genuine 024 supplier; 024zone and they have recently got a UK outlet; something like "Maverix"; a ski-ing type company based in Luton. (so no scam, genuine products, etc) So having promoted them then I am in a similar business (hence my interest in getting these scammers closed down)and have a natural pain gel; see www.aloeland.co.uk
What I am doing now is letting his peers know what he is doing - he has blocked my posting on his Facebook "Tallack Martial Arts" site but he can't stop me contacting his page followers and letting them know what he is doing - also some of the organisations that he is a member of; eg Fitness Canada
No good writing to his "office" in Hazelmere - it's just an accommodation address and the leaseholding company have now closed his facilities there - cos of all the complaints they have received.
Again sorry you've been scammed; if it helps then I figure that there are many hundreds just like you who have fallen into his deceitful trap.
you say
I work for this company when placing your order on the same page your credit card information goes in (aka the second page of the order form) these terms and conditions are directly to the left hand side of the same exact page in the same size print on the same exact page, please for others when placing your order, look to the left, and read.
JESSICA - ABOVE - THIS IS A LIE
Yes, it's on the same page but it is not visible when you are taken to the payment page. It is lower down (under the products) and you have to scroll down to see it. As I've said it's all very cleverly designed to sucker you in.
PUT THE TERMS DIRECTLY TO THE LEFT OF THE PAYMENT BOX SO THAT THEY ARE DIRECTLY IN VIEW OF THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!! AND MOVE THE TICK BOX TO WITHIN THE TERMS (NOT IN THE PAYMENTS BOX) and DEFINITELY NOT OUT OF SIGHT unless a scroll action is performed.
O24 is no longer approved by the National Fibromyalgia Association and is no longer sold in the US due to a ruling by the FDA. There was previously a deal with the former manufacturer of O24 (Swiss Medica) and the National Fibromyalgia Association to use a “seal of approval” on the products. This deal has not been in effect for more than 5 years.
You do not own the Trademark “024” or “O24” as shown on your scam websites
The testimonials you are using on the UK website are that of the same people (with different photos & cities) that appear on your US websites. The celebrity endorsements are all endorsements made by these people in the past. Since these testimonials were made several years ago (but not to Revive Bioscience), I doubt that that you have contacted these people. You have certainly not contacted Gordon Banks; cos I have asked him and he says no endorsement from him; again it shows the lies you are prepared to make.
Some of the people that you have scammed have found different expiration dates on the outside of the box and the actual spray bottle. I believe that you are selling product which was purchased from the previous manufacturer of O24, Swiss Medica. The expiration date on these products would be 2008.
Your scam website www.menshealthweeklyonline.com is a site that is meant to appear as the well know and respected Men’s Health.
It’s interesting that you chose the address in Hazelmere for your scam to operate in the UK. Maybe it’s because it’s been used by well-known scammers before? Just google 72 high st haslemere jesse willms
Email to me re your accommodation address “..we resigned as registered office for the above company in June this year after receiving numerous complaints. We have no further dealings with this company and have asked them to ensure that they remove our address off their website
You haven’t changed the address yet; you want the scam to continue for a while longer.
Jessica, you are scamming
As I have said before this scam of yours has been well designed and well engineered; I think it has taken you about a year to put it all together and then you launched the scam across 6(ish) scam websites, sponsored ads on Facebook, and co-related websites such as those concerned with golf.
All scams have a finite time period – and you are on the run-down now. Commendable that you now have the “tick-box” but that is to hide what you have already done – so you make the most of what you can in the timescale available and then slowly disappear – all the scam sites are due to expire in the next couple of months and I do not expect them to be renewed; and you, Robert Tallack, and Gerry Bolivar (collective scammers) slip quietly away.
If you semi-complete an order; which is for 19.99; and then opt to leave the offer price is then reduced to 9.99. You scammers are almost prepared to give it away in order to sucker people so that you can then rape them of 79.99 a very short time later
Your claim to be FDA approved is not true. You have an “NDC Code”, which simply means the product has been registered. It is not an endorsement of any kind from the FDA.
Jessica, all in all it sums up to a great deal of deception by Robert Tallack and a significant number of upset victims; and you seem to have an active part in all of this;
(shame I've only got 2000 characters - I could say so much more)
What will happen is that 14 or 15 days after you paid then more money will be taken from your bank account; if you are in UK it will be about £69; and the same the following month.
What you must do is go to your bank and tell them and get them to stop any further payments being taken by these scammers and to make a chargeback on the money you have already paid.
Hope this helps
Steve
