That sounds lousy. You can get your money back from anything that occurred within the past 60 days of your bank statement that shows the withdrawal. Tell your bank you want to file a Reg. E claim against the withdrawal because it's "unauthorized". The bank has 10 tens to resolve it or must conditionally credit your account the amount and all fees to take another 45 days to investigate it. For that amount though, they'll probably just give you the money than do the work. Look uo regulation E on the FDIC website for more info. Good Luck!
