Your complaint isn't against GoogleCheckout. It's against whoever you bought the books from. GoogleCheckout is just the credit card processor.
Go contact the person who you bought the trilogy from.
Or better yet, stop buying porn.
That is what they have been telling agents here in Virginia since October 2011. Still nothing. Also, I posted a comment on Zillow on Saturday & it appears there are agents everywhere that have been takin in by this company. I really want to let agents know not to do business with these guys.
Congratulations, you have had better luck than me credit card company have made me return phone to China. So I am worse off no phone no money.
They are giving nano5sale 30 days from receipt of phone to refund before they will settle the matter.
I will keep everyone posted as to outcome.

just an update-ive received a full refund from my bank-so glad i left my dispute to run its course.
Just out of interest,has anyone managed to get this cloned iphone on the internet by means of wifi or phone browser? if so how...........
Mine came today-id already put a dispute in with my bank and i will continue to pursue it-
the site is a complete fraud-it specifies brand new iphone as in returns unused/refurbished so ive printed that off
it broke the 6 day delivery gaurantee-again false advertising
its states on the receipt of the parcel that its shoes and clothes-hmm why do that for a genuine product they promise your getting in the ir advert
why make out theyre in usa when theyre in china-simple because they dont want to be caught cloning

I totally agree with your comments regarding this product, everything you say regarding it having been cloned.
Today, I have given all relavent information to my credit card provider, and I would encourage everyone to do the same.
In relation to there website no indication that they were China based.
The packaging is also fake, and the apple logo does not appear on activating.
The worst scenario is that you it cannot sync with iTunes.

These phones cannot be sync with iTunes, for e.g contacts the software is not Apple, I have visited Apple store and they confirmed they are fake.

Regarding comeback you would have to send back to supplier, no chance.

The sim tray is different. The screen is different.
I opened it up, and the insides are totally different.
I powered it up, it worked for about 6 hours and just
died on me.
Wonder how I can make a claim.
if something is fake i believe it would crop up if you went to trade it at say cex or game.com etc-think the inner code is different.Amd erm how the heck you get yours before me when i ordered 3 days prior to you lol :-P
