  • I would dispute the charge through your bank. I just did this and now I see I'm probably going to be screwed in the end. I'm going to call them tomorrow to try and get my money back and if they don't do it, I'll dispute the charge through my bank. I'm not sure how you do it through yours but one of the options for me wanting to dispute the charge is "I didn't receive the product I paid for"...which is what it sounds like is going to happen.

  • I took this cruise & it was awesome! I had NO problems with using my credit card, the people were nice and very helpful! The whole point of giving a free cruise away is for them to offer upgrades, that's how they make their money. It's still WAY cheaper than it would of been without their promotion. So Thank YOu Carribean Cruise Line!!! Don't listen to these (Inappropriate Content Removed) !
