  • SolidTrust has responded multiple times to this member. Their primary issue was that the email they signed up with was different than the email they are now using. This resulted in any password reset emails not being received, as these reset emails were going to the old email address on file.

    The member was also using the wrong login password repeatedly, which resulted in their account being blocked. Additionally, in 2015 (as we advised them a number of times via support ticket) an unauthorized login attempt from Singapore occurred in 2015 which also blocked the account.

    All support tickets from this member were responded to in a timely fashion, and their account has been fully updated.

    All problems were client based and not any issue with the SolidTrust Pay system.

  • Barbara has not submitted any followup to her issue, so STPay can assume that she was able to convert her funds as she wished. When a member attempts to change their secondary password multiple times in a row, and they are unsuccessful, the account is suspended in the event that the password change is unauthorized and someone other than the account holder has accessed the account. Tickets are responded to usually within 48 hours and LiveChat is available during regular business hours most days, EST time (Canada).   • My name is Jessie Bender from USA My boyfriend and I were happy as far as I could tell and I never thought that we would break up. When his cousin died in a tragic car accident he went back to Philippine for a week to be with his family. I could not go because I was in the middle of entertaining out of town clients for work. He did not seem to be upset that I could not go so I let him be. The next thing that I know, he reconnected with an old friend from high school that he had a crush on years ago and they started to have an affair! I had no clue what was going on until a month after he came back from Philippine.He proceeded to see both her and I until I caught him testing her one night. I confronted him and he told me the truth about what happened. We broke up and went our separate ways. Neither of us fought for our relationship. I was angry and decided not to be upset about it and just keep it moving. Then after about a month of not speaking to him I became sad. I wanted him to tell me that he wanted to be with me and not her.   • Hello again,STP still does not solved my problem.I want to verify my card so i want to deposit money but when i Try no loading of payment page occur.Ita already more than 1 month passed.STP support dont have time to look after to customers.I send them 3 tickets and i got 1 response,keep trying you can do.What is this?charge more money and give bad support

    Ive got a similar issue

    I have deposited 75 Euros Via Solidtrust 4 days ago the amt was credited frm my account instantly but it is still showing pending It says max 2 days for transfer but its been over 4 days ?   • it is true that their support is very poor.I have problem in funding my account.When I put secondary password, again that window comes(like refresh)and no new window opens.I send them ticket(418783) but no response(week passed).My username is gurmeetsand.In my experience,they have worst support.
    I request STP to take care of its customer.

  • STPay has very strong global security measures in place. If, while trying to change your secondary password, you enter wrong security information, the account is automatically suspended in case it is not YOU that is trying to change things! From this complaint, we cannot determine who you are. It is easy to get your account unsuspended. As you have indicated that you have sent in a ticket but were not happy with the response, please either post the ticket # here or call our office directly and advise them of the ticket number so that you can be helped directly.

  • STPay has very strong global security measures in place. If the system detects a possible unauthorized access to your account, the account is sent an automated PIN code to the phone number on file. If the phone number is incorrect, or the PIN is entered incorrectly, then the account is automatically suspended in case it is not YOU that is trying to get in!   • We have researched this complaint, and it can be confirmed that the member received the full value of their STPay INTL Card load on December 4. After the client sent support tickets and called in, STPay spent considerable time investigating and contacted the card provider, who admitted that the client's load was NOT completed when we submitted the request back in November, despite what they were telling the client above. STPay emailed and apologized to the client above advising them of what happened, and confirming that their load had been completed. STPay has a policy that if an expected transaction is not done in the stated time frame, the member may contact us for a refund of the associated fees. We have added the value of the fees for this member's card load back into this STPay account as compensation for all the trouble and inconvenience. To conclude, we reiterate again that the error was not on the part of STPay, but that of our contracted debit card provider, to whom we have issued a complaint so that other members do not experience such an inconvenience!

  • Hi my username is ompkerkash and here is my 2nd complaint i invested 1100$ in a company cashflowbot in 3 payments 300$ 300$ 500$ but after i invested in that website they suspended my acc i contacted them they did nt give me any reply when i contacted solidtrustpay they said

    As per procedure, we have looked into this merchant for you. The merchant is still paying out to customers, and the website is still up and running.

    Therefore, for any further assistance please contact the merchant directly with any concerns or questions. You join these programs at your own risk. Until the merchant either closes down or stops making payments to their customers there is nothing more that we can do for you.

    Please also refer to the User Agreement link on the bottom of our web page, and under point 5, is the Buyer Beware Policy.

    the admin of that website is a wise guy he is paying few 3 5$ payments and removing big investors and also seems like STP is helping them either they should have refunded me but they did nt and also :( Not helping me I request everyone to help me and please solidtrustpay refund my all 3 payments thanks i cant afford to loose 1100$ :( please help
