    I'm sorry to hear of your situation and wish you the best in your search for a solution.

    As mentioned in the previous comment, we at Avanquest do not sell any products called "Password Recovery Software".

    Please feel free to e-mail me your purchase information; however, and I can look into whether or not this product you have purchased was sold to you by an authorized re-seller of Avanquest.
    If so, we will have no problem refunding the purchase in short order.

    At Avanquest we try our very hardest to help customers like yourself with issues with orders. We offer a 30 day returns policy and have a dedicated Customer service email address, this information can be found on your purchase receipt email that we sent you.
