While the sales methods utilized by the sales company may have been questionable, we at Premier Cancun Vacations, assure you that we provide 100% fulfillment of any and all of our vacation packages that are sold. We have been providing quality discounted vacations to happy, returning families, year after year, for the past 10 years and we have no doubt that had you traveled to stay with us, you and your family would have had an amazing vacation. Because you indicated that the original charge “maxed out” your credit card, we have issued a full refund of those monies to that same credit card so that you are not inconvenienced any further. We hope you will consider purchasing a vacation package directly from us in the future so that you and your family may enjoy a vacation with us here, in paradise.

  • I want my money back as we cannot use the trip as the whole idea was to vacation with my sister and her family. If your company is truly a reputable and honest company that does not scam people (as you claim) certainly your company has a refund process available when trips are booked by mistake (or in this case due to representations by your company's representatives that lead us to believe your company was the same company as the one we had faxed in a certificate for a completely free trip).

  • I would like to give everyone an update on my situation with Premier Cancun vacation. I talked to one of the Quality Control Representative, I have to say she was extremely supportive and helpful in which she completely rectified the situation. The company who initially contacted me with whom I had a problem with were actually a teller marketing company who was selling their product. Danielle was very apologetic for what I had experienced. When this situation occurred I felt extremely violated. I thought that no one would be able to help me out of this situation but I was completely wrong because Danielle completely helped me an restored my faith that all companies are not rip off. I would suggested anyone thinking about going on a vacation go directly through Premier Cancun Vacation it self they truly do stand by their product.

During our verification process, before payment is made, it is in our best interest to disclose the exact details of your vacation package, including all bonus destinations because our goal is to have all travel package purchasers travel.     Premier Cancun Vacations has been offering promotional vacation packages at reduced prices for over 10 years and we receive in excess of 150 happy vacationing families each week at our hotels. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to use your vacation with us, as we are positive that you would have had an amazing stay.

    When registering the Smart Circle Certificates in our system, it is our company policy to explain that the hotel taxes are nonrefundable. That being said, however, it is never our intention to simply retain a client's money. If you will please provide me with your full name, booking number or any other identifying information so that I may locate your records within our system, we will issue a refund to you for the $110 in hotel taxes you previously paid for the vacation you were unable to take.

    We appreciate your feedback with regard to your experience with our company as it helps us to continue to improve our customer service.

    We hope that you will one day be able to visit us here in Cancun and experience for yourself, all that our hotels and Cancun, as a destination, have to offer.
