Premier Cancun Vacations has been offering promotional vacation packages at reduced prices for over 10 years and we receive in excess of 150 happy vacationing families each week at our hotels. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to use your vacation with us, as we are positive that you would have had an amazing stay.
When registering the Smart Circle Certificates in our system, it is our company policy to explain that the hotel taxes are nonrefundable. That being said, however, it is never our intention to simply retain a client's money. If you will please provide me with your full name, booking number or any other identifying information so that I may locate your records within our system, we will issue a refund to you for the $110 in hotel taxes you previously paid for the vacation you were unable to take.
