  • my bank got in touch with them they said that i had all the products deliverd to me i told the bank that they had sent 1 small bottle that i had paid £5.95 for then had taken £54 pounds a month later and then mentioned that on the advice of the bank i changed my card for a new one only to be told that if they asked for more they would have to pay i then told the bank that i would close my account with them if this happend i also sent them web site address'es of websites about this company they have put back the £59 but cannot stop them from taking it again if they call for it

  • I have never dealt with this company before to know if they are real. But read their terms of agreement which may have contained the mode of deduction after trial period. Most times, they write this thinly/faintly so that people would not see it and fall into the trap.

    Check the confirmation receipt if there is any refund/cancellation report usually by clicking it, write your report and send. Clickbank does this for refund. If there is, you may be lucky and your money refunded. It happened to me with clickbank and my money was refunded. Though, some do not have any cancellation procedure. You may also respond to the email purchase order sent to you by lodging your complaint. But try it first. Good luck.
